You cannot stay with your pet.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are traveling with pets, we will guide you to a facility near the hotel where you can leave your pets.
There is a FamilyMart Akita Soegawa store right next to the convenience store.
Banks, post offices and gas stations are also within a 10-minute drive.
The shop “Hanakomachi” is open from 8:00 to 21:00.
We have a wide range of sweets, souvenirs, and Akita folk crafts.
The building of this hotel complies with the provisions of the Building Standards Law.
For disaster prevention, we have acquired the Fire Safety Mark and comply with the Fire Fighting Ordinance Law.
Although it is not completely barrier-free, the East Building has an elevator so you can move around in a wheelchair.
We will prepare the room in consideration of the room, so please feel free to tell us when you make a reservation.
The rooms in the South Building are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Wheelchairs can be rented, but please contact us as the number is limited.
There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom on the 2nd floor of the East Building, so please use it.
With a face towel, it can be used for 1,000 yen for adults and 650 yen for children (6 years old and over and elementary school students and under).
The reception time is from 11:00 to 17:00.
There is also a lunch plan (reservation required). Please use it.
In addition, on the site next to the hotel, there is a one-day bath facility “Onsen Center Rirakusu” at the Satomi Sisters Building.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from using both “Satomi Public Bath” and “Onsen Center Relax” for those who have tattoos and body art (tatu, paint, stickers).

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom from late April to mid-May on the Hinokinai River bank, which is the most famous Kakudate samurai residence street in Akita.
The earliest autumn colors are near Mt. Chokai, which is dyed red from late September, and Hachimantai and Mt. Kurikoma are in full bloom in mid-October.

The Akita Kanto Festival is held every year from August 3rd to 6th for 4 days.
Omagari fireworks are the last Saturday of August every year.
