Scope of application

Article 1

  1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by the hotel between guests shall be governed by the provisions of this agreement, and matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs. ..
  2. If the museum accepts a special contract to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, the special contract shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Applying for an accommodation contract

Article 2

  1. Those who wish to apply for accommodation at the hotel are requested to inform the hotel of the following matters.

(1) Guest name (2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival (3) Accommodation fee (in principle, based on the basic accommodation fee in Attached Table 1) (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

2.If the guest requests to continue staying beyond the staying date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the hotel will treat it as if there was a new application at the time of the request.

Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.

Article 3

  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when the hotel proves that it has not consented.
  2. When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee set by the hotel shall be paid by the date designated by the hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days). ..
  3. The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be finally paid by the guest, and if the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, the application fee will be applied in the order of penalty and then compensation. If there is a balance, it will be refunded when the fee is paid according to the provisions of Article 12.
  4. If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 cannot be paid by the date designated by the hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall cease to be effective. However, this is limited to cases where the hotel has notified the guest of the due date for payment of the application fee.

Special contract that does not require payment of application fee

Article 4

  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding paragraph, the NDL may accept a special contract that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the contract is concluded.
  2. In accepting the application for the accommodation contract, the hotel may accept a special agreement that the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 of the preceding article will not be paid.

Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract

Article 5

  1. The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.

(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with this agreement. (2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy. (3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may act in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good manners and customs regarding accommodation. (4) When the person who intends to stay is found to fall under any of the following (a) to (c). B. The gangsters stipulated in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by gangsters (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as [gangsters]), stipulated in Article 2, Item 6 of the same Article. Right to cancel the contract of the guest

Article 6

  1. The guest can cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
  2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, the hotel requests payment by designating the payment date of the application fee. In some cases, except when the guest cancels the accommodation contract prior to the payment), a penalty will be charged as set forth in Attached Table 2. However, if the hotel complies with the special contract set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the hotel notifies the guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract in order to comply with the special contract. Right to cancel the contract of the hotel

  1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

(2) When it is confirmed that the guest has intentionally applied to the hotel with false information. 2.If the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services that have not yet been provided.

Accommodation registration

Article 8

  1. Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of their stay.

2.If the guest intends to pay the charges under Article 12 by a method that can be used in place of currency such as travel checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, etc., they must be presented in advance at the time of registration set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Room usage time

Article 9

  1. Guests can use our guest rooms from 3:00 pm to 10:00 the next morning. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except the arrival date and departure date.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may accommodate rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, an additional fee will be charged.

  1. Guests are required to follow the usage rules established by the hotel and posted in the hotel.

Payment of charges

Article 12

  1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. payable by the guest is as listed in Attached Table 1.
  2. Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk at the time of departure of the guest or when requested by the hotel, by currency or a travel check, accommodation voucher, credit card, etc. approved by the hotel. ..
  3. Even if the guest does not voluntarily stay after the hotel has provided the guest room and made it available, the accommodation fee will be charged.

Responsibility of the hotel

Article 13

  1. The hotel will compensate the guest for damages in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or in the event of damage to the guest due to non-performance thereof. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the museum.
  2. The hotel has inn liability insurance in order to deal with fires.

Handling when the contracted room cannot be provided

Article 14

  1. If the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel shall arrange other accommodations under the same conditions as much as possible with the consent of the guest.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty if other accommodation facilities cannot be arranged, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, we will not pay the compensation fee if there is no reason to blame the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room.

Handling of deposits

Article 15

  1. In the event of loss, damage, or other damage to the goods, cash, or valuables deposited by the guest at the front desk, the hotel will compensate for the damage unless it is force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, if the hotel requests a statement of the type and price and the guest does not do so, the hotel will compensate for the damage up to 150,000 yen. I will do it.
  2. If the guest brings in goods, cash, or valuables that were not left at the front desk and is lost or damaged due to intentional or negligence of the hotel, the hotel will be damaged. Will compensate for the damage. However, if the guest does not declare the type and price in advance, the hotel will compensate for the damage up to 150,000 yen.

Storage of guest’s baggage or personal belongings

Article 16

  1. If the guest’s baggage arrives at the hotel prior to the stay, it will be responsibly stored only if the hotel agrees before the arrival and will be handed to the guest at the front desk when checking in.
  2. If the guest’s baggage or personal belongings are left behind in the hotel after the guest checks out and the owner is identified, the hotel shall contact the owner and request instructions. increase. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or if the owner is unknown, the handling will be as follows.

イ) Valuables (cash, precious metals, other ornaments, etc.) will be stored for 7 days, and if the owner does not request to return them during that period, they will be delivered to the nearest police station.
ロ) Items other than the above will be stored at the hotel for one month, and if there is no request for return during that period, they will be disposed of voluntarily. Even if there is an offer, if it is not picked up within 2 weeks after that, it will be disposed of in the same way. In addition, if you do not contact us by the day after check-out, we will dispose of food, magazines and other waste items at our discretion.

3.In the case of paragraph 2, the responsibility of the hotel for the storage of guest’s baggage or personal belongings shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the same article in the case of the preceding paragraph. Parking responsibility

Article 17

  1. If the guest uses the parking lot of the hotel, regardless of the deposit of the vehicle key, the hotel will rent the place and will not be responsible for the management of the vehicle. However, in managing the parking lot, if damage is caused by the intention or negligence of the hotel, we will be liable for the compensation. In addition, we will not be liable for any damages claimed after leaving the hotel for compensation for parked vehicles.

Guest responsibility

Article 18

  1. If the hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the guest, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel for the damage.
